RETURN THE DETAILS REQUEST FORM - When the order and details are received we will create and email you a proof for approval. Proofs are created and emailed within 3-5 business days. Your project includes up to 4 rounds of changes. Custom illustrations and maps may take up to 7 business days depending on complexity. 6.) FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE for any "Envelope Printing Add Ons" is due upon final approval prior to printing if not purchased initially. Custom illustrations and Hand drawn maps must be purchased before first proof is created. 7.) ONCE APPROVED, orders print in 3-5 business days. We ship USPS 2-3 day mail. Please allow 8-10 business days to receive your order. If you need your order sooner, we can upgrade your shipping to USPS Express 1-2 day mail.
